....which in Japanese means 'finger pressure', is a physical therapy in which hands,elbows,knees, and feet are used by the therapist to 're-balance' the receiver's vital energy (or Qi / Ki) resulting in accompanying feelings of relaxation and well-being.
The Ki Kai Shiatsu School has been successfully teaching Shiatsu for over 20 years. It has the following aims :
1. To offer the highest quality tuition in the skills of Shiatsu and Oriental Medicine.
2. To make Shiatsu accessible to as wide a range of people as possible.
